New Patients:

First time appointments have an additional charge of £10 to cover the induction, registration and consultation.

All new patients should fill out an online form, which the clinic will send you in advance with the booking appointment.

This form is created to optimise your appointment time, by giving the practitioners an advanced insight into how to address your treatment.

If you do not submit the form before your appointment, you will incur another £10 fee. You still need to fill it out at the clinic during your initial consultation, which will take considerably longer.

Package purchases:

At our clinic, we do not encourage patients to purchase treatment packages. Depending on your condition, this may not be an advantage.
(You may either feel improvements sooner, or specific conditions may not respond to our therapies, and we refer you back to your GP.)

NOTICE:
Our risk policy was last reviewed at the beginning of April 2025, addressing the Infection Prevention and Control IPC policy in healthcare environments. Considering respiratory airborne infections with high potential risk to many of our vulnerable patients and staff, which could bring severe distress to our SME healthcare business, we decided to continue to follow healthcare environment prevention measures, such as PPE face covers, in our risk assessment.
This is also stated in the same UK government guidance:
Reducing the spread of respiratory infections in the workplace.
